Ďalšími vlastníkmi boli: Henrich Schweizer, jeho potomok mestský inžinier Anton  Schweizer, v roku 1806 sa stal vlastníkom gróf Anton Szirmay, v roku 1811 obchodník so železom Imrich Henszlmann. V roku 1833 dom získal všestranný podnikateľ Karol Gottfried Fiedler a potomkovia jeho rodiny boli jeho majiteľmi až do zoštátnenia v roku 1945.

In the mid-16th century, the oldest known owner was the goldsmith and city mayor Ján Lippay, who carried out a major Renaissance reconstruction after the fire. At the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries, the owner was Matej Nitray, later the wealthy burgher Ladislav Demeczky, who had the building rebuilt in the Baroque style. Other owners were: Henrich Schweizer, his descendant, city engineer Anton Schweizer, in 1806 Count Anton Szirmay became the owner, in 1811 the iron merchant Imrich Henszlmann. In 1833, the house was acquired by the versatile businessman Karol Gottfried Fiedler and the descendants of his family were its owners until nationalization in 1945.
